About Adrienne


Adrienne is a systems thinker who brings a consultative, collaborative approach to all she does. With over 10 years of experience in management, operations, strategy and human resources, she’s guided organizations through startup and high growth cycles, problem resolution, and significant change. She knows that work is full of challenging power structures, and aims to keep everyone's humanity in mind by bringing joy and respect to every interaction.


Born in the USA, she grew up traveling the world and now holds three citizenships. She

settled in Montreal, Canada to pursue her Bachelors and MBA at McGill University, and has since

had the opportunity to work with several impactful organizations such as the International Political Science Association, McGill University and Kids Code Jeunesse.

Adrienne is also the author of several Forbes articles and regularly guest-lectures at McGill University. She serves on several non-profit boards and was recently a finalist for Best Contribution to Workplace Mental Health award.
